Really loved this resort and the place, everything went so well from start to end of this trip in havelock. It's off season now and restaurant as closed but everything was arranged by them. We hope you to see you soon..🤩😁

The way of speaking is very poor,we used to book a room just for 1night and at evening itself power went,when we confronted the boy managing reception he said inverted facility only can access by owner and they’ve given their contact details, at night when we entered the room after dinner there’s again power went and after 3hrs power came back, we totally felt waste of money!

Location is fantastic but people were unprofessional. For example, (i) while arriving they took luggage from car, but during departure they didnot even look back once key is returned. (ii) We reached little early than check in time, so we were told to wait in the garden, never bothered to inform that the room is ready, till we finally gone and enquired, etc. etc. Bathroom was bad, water got stagnated during bath, exhaust not working. The people in kitchen were kind and helpful, but the reception people were not friendly and caring. I am sorry to say, I was so delighted to see the Bengali young boys ( as we are Bengali but stay in Chennai), but disappointed

The female manager has a very bad attitude. She doesn’t talk properly, and most of the staff seem arrogant. The food quality is very poor. The power supply is not reliable, and the AC doesn’t work properly. However, the property is located on the beach side and is child-friendly.
