Extremely disappointed with my stay here. Our room was completely unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty, and the room was crawling with cockroaches and filled with mosquitoes. To make matters worse, the staff offered no help when we complained. It is a major health and hygiene issue. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The hotel is very close to the station, and it takes around 10 minutes to reach. There are frequent power cuts, and all the rooms have window ACs. They provide extra pillows and extra mattresses for free. There was a TV in the room, but it was not working. They did not provide any toiletries. They did not even provide at least one towel. Breakfast was included, and we thought we would have it before leaving for Shimla. But when we went outside, we came to know that we should have informed them earlier because they do not serve a buffet here. They prepare the food only after receiving an order.

If there will be minus option for ratings I will probably go with that we fraud commitment made by manager if we ask for room clean they ask for additional charges. Don't prefer this hotel

Didn't find the Rooms issued to us to be clean doesn't seems to be maintained, the service desk also seems to be unfriendly and thinks we do a favor by coming to the hotel. Very limited place to sit and dine , just enough for 4 small round table and chair fitted into a tight space. Didnt feel good to bring kids and family.
