Good value for money spent. Room size is good. Bathrooms are moderately maintained in terms of clean floors, water flow & geyser use. The food is tasty , fresh & room service is pretty prompt. The location is in the heart of many shops & eating places. The NEGATIVEs for me especially a person who assesses risks in terms of fire or any other calamity are *All rooms excepting two have no windows at all...not even in the bathrooms. *The lift can barely hold 3 persons. *The only approach/entrance door to the hotel is narrow. But if ready to compromise on the risk factors, it is perfectly ok to stay overnight for a trip to Himachal.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The photos posted on MakeMyTrip and other platforms appear to be AI generated or heavily misleading compared to the actual property. The hygiene standards were extremely poor. Cockroaches were everywhere, maintenance was almost non existent, and even the bathroom curtains had visible fungus. The lift was unreliable and barely worked properly during the stay. I paid around ₹3000 per night, but honestly this property does not even deserve ₹500 per night in its current condition. Very disappointed that platforms like MakeMyTrip list properties like this without proper verification or quality checks. Travelers should be very careful before booking.
