A perfect place to stay with family. Very luxurious rooms, top-notch maintenance and service. Accessible to convenience stores and temples. We stayed as a family of five, coming for USA and enjoyed our stay. Being located in a residential area, we felt much safer. We would definitely recommend for a family!

Kalpavriksha Villa Homestay was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Tirupati. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every corner reflects the care and attention the hosts put into keeping it welcoming for their guests. The hosts were exceptional—warm, friendly, and always available whenever we needed anything, whether it was something as simple as drinking water or help with an unexpected requirement. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The location is another huge advantage. It’s only about 2 km from the main entrance and is conveniently close to several good restaurants, making travel and dining very easy. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place with genuinely caring hosts, don’t miss Kalpavriksha Villa Homestay. It made our trip even more memorable, and I would happily stay here again.

If you are visiting Tirupati and looking for an amazing luxurious stay with family, this is the place be. It is located just within a kilometre of entrance for Tirumala. It is surrounded by residential and market area but still stone throw away distance from main road. The staff is very kind, transparent and courteous. They help you with everything. The rooms are huge, sparkling clean and best of the class furniture and fittings. Has a well functioning kitchen which is saviour. Every room has AC and TV. It has all amenities. Thank you to owner, manager and all the staff.
