Despicable, pathetic service , Had an absolutely appalling and horrifying experience. This hotel, if it should even be called one, is a Safety and Health hazard🚨⚠ I wish we had read the reviews first. We were a group of 3 students travelling to hyd and had the Ill fortune of booking this travesty of a hotel on Makemytrip and paying in full, well in aadvance. When we reached this location however, what awaited us was a Dirty , gross , toxic smelling and dimly lit reception with 2 questionable characters. The overall sight and imagery was graphic with stains all over the place and furniture and a very big chunk of meat kept In the freezer in the middle of the room. They took our identification cards and numbers and gave us us the keys to a 'good room', and led us through a dingy and claustrophobic area to a supposed lift which opened right onto the road and had literal chains for doors, barely fitting 3 people inside and rattling as though it might break down at any moment we arrived at the floor no. 4 It was a jarring sight , narrow, dirty and winding corridors with shady characters openly smoking and shouting menacingly . There was a foul stench of something toxic or rotten throughout. The room itself was the final nail on the coffin , with grimy walls , soiled bed covers , broken lamps and hardly any lighting. There was a large window with broken latch, from which anybody could very easily enter, right next to the washroom leading straight into the room. At this point we were already very alarmed and actually scared. We did however confront the guy regarding the window being a safety hazard. He however was extremely rude and started hurling abuses instead. We gathered back our luggage and fled out to the reception and demanded a refund and cancellation as they was no way in hell we could stay there. The reception guy completely washed off his hands regarding the cancellation and told us to contact Makemytrip instead. Thus we were out on the streets having wasted over 10k rs with no where to go, the 3 of us searching for a safe place to stay, angry , disappointed and scared. Makemytrip demanded evidence and proof, we didnt have the opportunity or the window to calmly take photos or videos as evidence and the horrors remain as nightmares deeply ingrained in our minds. Mind you this is certified and highly rated in Makemytrip, trusting which we without a second doubt paid the amount in full. Glaring mismanagement by makemytrip. Will never trust it for any bookings in the future , ever. We have lost over 10000 Rs, due to this with a massive waste to time, money having experienced such a horrible event and being stranded on the streets Whoever finds this I hope you are saved from this terrible experience.

The rooms are very bad don't prefer that Hotel to stay no maintenance the Hotel is too old

This hotel costs too much around 2500₹ per day. But they don't provide any necessary stuff like hand wash ,shampoos, towels etc. Only good thing is it's bit near to temple. Rooms are good enough, for hot water you need to tell them they auto cut the connection by default. With less than same price good hotels are available nearby to temple. So on whole i would suggest to find out alternatives

Food spoiled my daughter suffered from food poison,full vomitings..don't try to spoil customer health if u want money
