Stay was good. Rooms are a bit old and need to maintenance. If you are here for just night stay this is ok. Parking is available for 6 to 7 cars. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here with my family for one night during our temple tour of Madurai, booking two rooms. The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff were courteous, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed. However, the biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. In both rooms, the AC was not cooling properly and felt more like an air cooler than an air conditioner. Despite the staff checking the control panel and attempting adjustments, there was little to no improvement. Since this issue affected both rooms, it appears to be a broader problem rather than an isolated case. For rooms marketed and priced as Deluxe AC Rooms, proper air conditioning is a basic expectation. The hotel management should address this issue urgently, as it significantly impacts guest comfort and diminishes the value for money. Apart from this concern, the stay was satisfactory.

The pictures re not accurate. This hotel doesnt have an inhouse kitchen so one has to go out for food. be prepared to walk out everytime you need anything to eat.

I had a very bad experience. We went to Madurai for darshan from Hyderabad. We went to this hotel to stay at around 10 pm that night. We asked for 3 deluxe rooms. They charged Rs. 3350/- for each room. We said okay, but during check-in he asked Rs. 700/- for an 9 year old child. The receptionist didn't know any of the hotel rules. I asked the receptionist. Is there any written rule to charge 700 rupees for children 9 years old? He had nothing to say, but he argued with us. We said we didn't need a room at your hotel. We went out and found the best hotel at the best price. Due to the receptionist's negligence, the hotel owner lost business worth approximately Rs. 10,000. My small suggestion to that owner: Hire good reception staff. They will also improve your business.
