Visited on 18th July...Saturday..Checked in at 8PM...soon discovered that the doorlock is not working and the outside window of the ground floor room is not functioning. Anyone can enter from that window as well as door anytime. After confrontation, we had wait for around 30_35 minutes at 10PM outside the room and as we're planning to go for dinner and there's much delay in providing a new room. Later, provided us with a new room at 11PM and we had keep our luggages in our friend's room meanwhile. 1.Food items are highly overpriced,so we had to go for dinner outside late night. 2.Swimming pool is very small considering the large capacity of guests/rooms. 3. Complimentary breakfast is good. Variety of items are available hot and fresh. Restaurant staff are professional enough to address guests efficiently. 4.There was much delay in response to our request. Front desk staff should consider it and take prompt action wothout much delay when needed. Suggestions: 1.Reconsider the rates of the menu once. 2.Allocate every guest with an exclusive timing for the pool access. Otherwise several guests are unable to enjoy because of overcrowding inside the pool. 3.Make sure you provide guests a hassle-free stay by ensuring the room provided is safe and secure and everything is working fine before the guests checked in.
We had an amazing experience at Summit Green Lake Resort The location is excellent and easily accessible. Surrounded by greenery and right by the lake, the views are absolutely breathtaking β perfect for relaxing and clicking photos. Waking up to that view was the highlight of our trip. Food quality was really good. The menu had variety and everything was served fresh and hot. Taste was homely yet hygienic. Staffs were very professional, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality was great β they took care of every small detail and made sure we were satisfied till the very end of our stay. Overall, it was a peaceful, clean, and memorable stay. The combination of great location, awesome views, good food, and warm service makes this resort totally worth it. *Highly recommended!* Will definitely visit again.
My stay at Green Summit was, without a doubt, the worst resort experience I've ever had. We booked three AC rooms, but the air conditioning wasn't working in two of them. We repeatedly called room service, and for over an hour they kept saying, "We're sending someone," yet no one actually resolved the issue. After waiting for such a long time, we had to go to the reception ourselves just to get the problem addressed. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The room service was extremely poor. The staff made guests wait unnecessarily and showed little concern for our comfort or time. It felt like they simply didn't value their guests. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was unsafe. The pool floor had cracked tiles, and several members of our group suffered cuts and injuries while using it. This is a serious safety hazard that should never be ignored. Overall, Green Summit failed to provide even the basic standards of hospitality. Poor maintenance, unresponsive staff, and unsafe facilities made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone until they significantly improve their service and fix these issues.
Beautiful resort with cozy rooms and nice garden and pool. We stayed only for a night. Had an open restaurant which had a few visitors from jungle - monkeys. The staff were there to keep them away from the dining hall. Kids enjoyed but monkeys always around waiting for the food. It has nice indoor games in case of monsoon or rains outside. Room service was also good.
We stayed at Summit Green Village Resort & Spa as a group of three families on a MAP plan. While the stay was overall pleasant, the experience had a few shortcomings. The resort is located towards the beginning of the forest area and is roughly 30β45 minutes away from the Central or Western zone gates, so travel time needs to be considered while planning safaris. The rooms were moderate in size but not very well furnished β there were no proper racks or tables for luggage, so you end up managing bags on the floor, which is not very convenient. The most disappointing part was the food. Although the dinner and breakfast buffet had a decent spread, the taste did not match expectations. More importantly, the buffet was not managed well. Some items, including desserts, got over even when there was still 20β30 minutes left, and they were not refilled. During breakfast, there were delays due to shortage of plates and cups, and refilling was quite slow. That said, the staff were polite and cordial, which did make a difference. If the food quality and buffet management improve, the overall experience can be much better. For now, itβs a decent stay, but not without its issues.
