Recently I stayed in this hotel in puri near shree jagarnath temple which is the one and only reason which lead us our biggest mistake in our decision to book this hotel .The room was incredibly dirty-it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, the water provided to us had visible bugs in it. This is a serious health and safety concern that is completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment, also one of the important thing is the bathroom where there are countless number of flaws which I am not able to mention here. The service was just as bad as the room. The staff was completely uncooperative and dismissive of our concerns. In particular, a staff member named Biswaranjan Raout was extremely unprofessional. His behavior was rude and unhelpful , making an already situation much worse. I would strongly advise families to stay away from this place. Between the lack of basic hygiene and the hostile attitude of the staff, it is not worth your money or your time. Stay elsewhere.

Rooms were clean and according to the price it was worth it.

Room Experience is pathetic. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Hot water available in AC rooms only. Only one positive thing is the Location of this hotel.

This is the reality of this hotel there is lots off ant’s . My family was so frustated and irritated from this hotel and services ,i am ask to manager and show the images of this mess they told me i don’t knw anything and i am nothing to do for this and her reaction like dumb man seriously i am never stay again in this hotel or seriously guys when you come with your family never stay here bcs they charge like a so good hotels type but cleaning services are so bad .i am really frustrated. Just bcs of this hotel.
