Very disappointing stay. The AC was not working properly, and water was continuously leaking from the wall in our room. After we reported the issue, the hotel staff changed our room, but unfortunately the same problem occurred in the second room as well, with water coming out of the walls again. This shows a serious maintenance issue that should have been addressed before assigning rooms to guests. The experience was uncomfortable and frustrating. I have attached a video as evidence of the problem.

We attended a wedding and stayed at Hotel Park Inn, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were taken care of. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Chandigarh Sector 35, I would highly recommend Hotel Park Inn.
