Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is cozy, and located at the perfect spot right at Laxman Jhula Chowk, just a short walk from the Laxman Jhula bridge and on the main market road, making everything easily accessible.

Everything is within walking distance since it’s on the main market road. The hotel is neat and comfortable.

Not a good experience at all. The staff at reception, especially the thin boy, was very rude and had a clear attitude problem. Instead of assisting, he was dismissive and spoke in a disrespectful way. Would not recommend staying here

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The biggest issue is the receptionist boy (the one with specs) - his behavior was absolutely pathetic. He doesn’t know how to talk to guests at all. Completely ill-mannered and untrained. From the moment we entered, his attitude was rude and disrespectful. He was speaking in an abusive tone, even in front of family members, which was extremely embarrassing and unacceptable. This kind of behavior shows zero hospitality sense and no basic courtesy. On top of that, they overcharged us without any clear justification. When we tried to ask, instead of explaining politely, he started arguing again. I seriously advise everyone to read this review before booking this hotel. Don’t ruin your trip by staying here — there are much better and more professional places available.
