Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel charged us almost double the online price for the same room, which felt completely unfair. The lobby lights were switched off, and we had to use our mobile phone flashlights just to walk around, making the place feel unsafe and poorly managed. The service was extremely slow, with staff taking a long time to respond to even basic requests. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, overpriced, and lacks basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here unless they make major improvements in pricing transparency, maintenance, and customer service.

I recently stayed at this Natraj Rishikesh and unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations set by its price point. While the physical room was acceptable, the overall experience was marred by a significant lack of hospitality and poor service. The Issues: • Breakfast Service: The morning meal was a major letdown. The service was sluggish, and the quality of the food did not justify the cost. For a hotel in this category, one expects a seamless and enjoyable breakfast experience, which was completely missing here. • Inflexibility: This was the most frustrating part of the stay. The staff and management were incredibly adamant and unwilling to accommodate even minor requests. There is a noticeable lack of a "customer-first" attitude; instead of finding solutions, the team was rigid and dismissive of any feedback or needs. • Value for Money: When you pay a premium rate, you expect a certain level of attentiveness and professionalism. Because of the "my way or the highway" approach from the staff, the stay felt vastly overpriced. If you value service and a welcoming atmosphere, I would recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer much better hospitality and flexibility for your money. I won't be returning.

We had a comfortable stay at this property but it was not worth the money they charged for a room. Food is good, pool is nice but they do not turn on the pool lights in the evening. The staff's behaviour and the services are not much appreciated. Reception staff was not hospitable and seemed to have their hollow ego. Housekeeping staff was too stinky. Taste of the food although was good. Rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate 3. We requested for bathing towels and in response they said we do not have any towels as our property is fully occupied. Carry your own towels :))
