I am very disappointed with the service at this hotel. I ordered a chicken item, but it was not properly served and my complaint was ignored. This same problem has happened twice with chicken dishes, yet no action was taken by the management. The staff did not listen to my concerns, and there was no satisfactory response. Because of this poor service and lack of customer care, I had a very bad experience. I request the hotel management to investigate this issue and improve their food quality and customer service so that other customers do not face the same problem. The bar is pretty good, though the prices do seem to go up if you visit after evening. 🍸 The rooms were adequate, providing a comfortable enough stay. Service was average, nothing exceptional but they got the job done. 🛎️ The location was also quite standard, offering decent accessibility. Overall a fair experience. ✨
This place should honestly be shut down by the health department. Completely disgusting, unhygienic, and unsafe. I went there with a friend expecting a decent meal, but instead got one of the worst restaurant experiences imaginable — a rat literally jumped on me while we were eating. Not in some hidden corner, not outside, but right around the dining/kitchen area where food is being served. And the manager’s response? Absolutely shameless. He smirked and casually said, “It’s okay, koi baat nahi,” like customers getting attacked by rats is a normal part of their service. No apology, no concern, no action. That reaction alone proves they already know the place is infested and simply do not care. After checking Google reviews, I saw multiple customers reporting the same rat and hygiene issues, which means this has been going on for a long time. Imagine how filthy the kitchen must be if rats are openly running around customers. God knows what is happening where the food is actually prepared. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your dinner served with disease, filth, and zero respect for customer safety. One of the most revolting restaurants I’ve ever visited.
