The hotel was shady and not clean. I even found an insect in the breakfast that was served. After my stay, I tried to leave a review on booking.com but couldn't. I then discovered that there was already a 10/10 review published by my account, even though I have never submitted any review!!! I don't know how they got the access to submit a fake review in my name and I am shocked that this is even possible. So don't trust any positive reviews. Another issue was that, after the free cancellation period had expired, my booking.com reservation was modified and the price was increased by 200 rupees without my consent. Since I had already arrived, I had no choice but to pay the higher price.

Very Average Hotel. I booked the executive room for 4200 but felt the room and service like 2000. No toiletries in room, no basic tea coffee in room, restuarant food was almost barebable, very old furniture, rusty taps, wornout fixtures and location is not that great for this cost. May be a good option for an overnight stay, but dont expect 'feel good'. Nothing bad, but no delight also.

SCAMSTERS - I arrived at the hotel on 16th June 2026 3:18 AM as I had missed my flight and we asked to get a good price as we were going to check out on 17th June 2026. I explained that I am getting an option for 16th to 17th online but not for 15th to 16th as it is passed 3 AM (they're check in is at 2 PM which means it is already 11 hours in.) i requested them to give a good price as we'll check out on 17th. After speaking to the reception guy, he confirmed a price of 1.8K without breakfast and 2k with breakfast, I confirmed with my partner where I mentioned 1.8k for 2nights without breakfast and he confirmed. I made the payment, thanked him for understanding and we went to the room at 4 AM. I boarded my flight on 16th night and my partner was there until 17th morning alone. At the time of check out, another receptionist handed him a bill of 4.5k which was around 450 for the food and tea; remaining for the room. (PS there was no mention of the 1.8k that we paid until we reminded them) He couldn't understand the calculation as they informed us something totally different (FYI - Agoda had the room available from 16th to 17th for 1.1k which I didn't book because of the reception guy we spoke to that night) After arguing for nearly 2 hours, we asked them for the CCTV where it shows me confirming 1.8k for 2nights but they denied the entire video stating that no, they have informed us. They refused to send us the other portion of the video where I made the payment. (Fyi they only sent us the portion where he said 1.8k and 2k, everything else was cut) I tried speaking to the guy on call and explained on why would I pay 1.8k for just a stay from 4am to 11am which is not even 8hours and the guy directly refused to speak to me. Because of the threat of being in a different state and them not agreeing, they took advantage of us and my partner had to pay the entire amount as they did not allow him to leave. This hotel is a total scam, I don't know how it is 4 star when they scam people in need. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. They claim that the price for their room is 1.8k from 2PM till next day 12 AM that is that is 22 hours. We paid 4.5k for a stay from 16th June 2026 4 AM till 17th June 2026 12 PM That's 8hours (4 AM to 12 PM) plus 24 hours - 32 hours -4.5k Would never recommend this to anyone. Be aware of the shitty place and people here. I will ensure to highlight this to their head and social media throughout all platforms. You can find a much better/classy hotel for 1.8k/day. Ensure to record their video if you are asking for an exception as they will turn on you while checking out.

Fake 4 star hotel! Don't trust the positive reviews. I booked this hotel but the room was so suffocating that I checked in and checked out within 30 mins. Wasted my pre-booking money. Filthy smell everywhere. The bedsheets and curtains were not clean, they were sticky and smelling. The window is for namesake only (next building is 4 feet away). Very bad, unhygienic, and totally negative vibes.
