First the waiter asks which vehicle you have. They thought that I came in a tourist cab, that's why. The hotel waiter's rude behavior was terrible. I ordered palak paneer, and it was delivered within 30 Seconds . I asked, "What are you doing?" He says yahi hai jo hai yaha par yahi milta hai customer ko yahi dete hai And the hotel charged Rs 350 for Palak Paneer. The manager says if you want to eat then eat, otherwise don't eat. Manager name is ayaan. Please think carefully before visiting this hotel. Thank you
Only good thing is its location for passing by travellers and food. The rooms are not well maintained. Can see uncleaned corners around the bed that haven't been cleaned for months. Bathrooms are just functional, not the best hygeine. Bathroom washbasins are utterly useless. The management is welcoming. But they can seriously improve on basic ameneties. Right on the road. All kinds of vehicles. Gotta be very careful if you have kids. Overall just another best out of worst kinda stay. Pros: food Location (probably) if you are passing by Okay for an overnight halt Ample parking space Cons: unclean rooms and okayish bathrooms NO LIFT no toilet paper No room service Lots of insects during monsoons in the common areas They asked for hard copy of photo ID which I personally feel is very stone age.

I recently stayed at Hotel Annapurna Great, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was very poor, the food quality was not good, and the staff behavior was arrogant and unprofessional. Additionally, the TV in the room was not working, and the bed setup was not proper or comfortable. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards.
