EXTREMELY IMPOLITE RECEPTIONIST !!! The room and the view was good. The food was also good enough. Most of the staffs are polite and helpful. BUT THERE IS ONE EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE YOUNG BESPECTACLED FEMALE RECEPTIONIST WHO TREATS THE GUESTS LIKE BEGGERS. Ms. SUKMAYA BEGHA. From the very first moment she ruined the trip by behaving harshly towards me and my elderly mother . Despite our room being vacant and clean,she flat out refused early checkin despite being told about the health issues of an elderly and behaved in extremely impolite manner. We were carrying all the IDs but had soft copies of the booking receipt. When we told her that , she said " BAZAAR JAAO , PRINT KARKE LAAO." as if we were her house helps. I asked her if I can mail or whatsapp the soft copy but she refused. Another helpful staff intervened and helped us that day & thus my mother could take her medications & rest. My mother is a 65 year old lady with high blood pressure and heart disease. This girl with the glasses , probably thinks being impolite is cool but if it wasn't for her , I would've rated SONAM DELEK 5 out of 5. The most bitter experience of the entire trip was the moment we entered the hotel and encountered this vile young girl. Zero manners . A receptionist has practically no other purpose but be polite to the guests & this girl can not even do that . All the heavy duties are carried out by the kitchen and cleaning staffs anyways & all of those staffs and all the other receptionists were kind and dutiful . It's a shame that what could've been easily a wonderful memory turned out to be so bitter because of a single vile person. The next time if we encounter her being impolite, I am planning to record that video and make it public because these kind of behaviour should never be encouraged.

Location is good.Rooms are spacious with mountain view.MG road is in walking distance.Overall good experience.Food is also good (specially Indian dishes).However, one need to order atleast 45 minute before.
