Very disappointing experience. The rooms were full of bed bugs and cockroaches, with poor cleanliness and almost no maintenance. The rooms are also extremely small. The only advantage is the low price, but that does not justify such poor service. It is better to increase the price and provide basic hygiene and proper maintenance. Don’t book this hotel just because it looks cheap, you’ll regret it.

Had an amazing stay at hotel Sabareesh Plaza. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We have booked three rooms The location was perfect— right beside Meenakshi Temple and closer to good eateries. Property is really new and neatly maintained. Cleanliness is top class. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The maintenance is extremely poor, and the beds were infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The rooms had a strong bad smell, with almost no ventilation. What was even more upsetting was the behavior of some staff members. They were speaking in their local language, using inappropriate words, and appeared to be making fun of guests who did not understand Tamil. I personally reported these issues to the management, but no action was taken and there was no response from their side. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travelers and families to avoid this hotel and consider other accommodation options. Customer comfort, hygiene, and respectful behavior should be a priority, but unfortunately none of these were present during my stay.

When I raised the issue again, a staff member started shouting at me instead of helping. hotel staff saying"If you don't want to stay here or you can leave the room in the midnight itself, The staff's rude and unprofessional attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable. A hotel should provide a clean and safe environment for its guests. Instead, we were forced to deal with bed bugs, poor hygiene, and disrespectful treatment from the staff. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel until it seriously improves its cleanliness standards and customer service.
