Experience of a lifetime at Punnamada Resort all thanks to Mr. Binu. We just came to visit the property and see if there’s a restaurant, but Binu ji ensured we not only enjoy the restaurant at the wonderful property, but his kind hospitality, alongside the rest of the staff and great ambience of the property has convinced us to come here again for a stay. Food was also amazing, so was the view. Highly recommend. And special mention to Binu ji once again for being so warm and welcoming and making our trip so wonderful.

We recently stayed at Punnamada Resort, Alappuzha, and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind away from the city's hustle. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The dinner was excellent, with good quality food and taste. We thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing. We noticed several flies sitting on the food items, including the oats porridge, chutney, puri, and idli. We brought this to the attention of the staff present there, but there was very little response until we specifically requested that the food containers be covered. While we understand that it is the rainy season and insects can be a challenge, maintaining food hygiene and proper pest control is essential, especially in a hospitality setting. Also we found a cockroach inside the room. Apart from this breakfast experience, everything else about the resort was enjoyable. With better attention to food hygiene during breakfast service, the experience would have been excellent.

I loved the resort. I was there during the monsoon and the surroundings were lush green. It is a bit away from the crowded areas because of which it is best for those who look forward to spend a peaceful time. The staff is very supportive and they go out of the way to help you. had a great holiday.

Very peaceful location with a great atmosphere and relaxing stay. The rooms and overall experience were good. However, the restaurant pricing was too high. A soda costing around ₹50 outside was priced nearly ₹150 there, and a chicken biryani through room service was around ₹500 plus tax. I also had a disappointing experience with the service when I requested them to send the food through a room boy during heavy rain, but they refused. Overall, a nice place to stay for the location and ambience, but the food pricing and hospitality could be improved.
