Our stay at Sandy Waves Beach Resort, Havelock Island, was unfortunately one of the most unpleasant experiences of our entire Andaman trip. The first issue was the attitude of the staff, particularly at the reception and management level. We found them to be unhelpful, unfriendly, and lacking basic customer service skills. Instead of trying to understand guests' concerns, the approach often felt rude and uncooperative. Another concern was the pricing. The food served at the resort was considerably overpriced compared to the quality and quantity offered. Guests should be aware that dining costs can add up significantly during their stay. The most disappointing incident occurred during checkout. The resort had provided us with a room key that was already old and damaged. During normal use, the key cracked and became stuck in the door lock. We immediately informed the staff and explained that the damage was not intentional and appeared to be due to the condition of the key itself. To our surprise, we were asked to pay ₹3,000 for the key replacement. We felt this amount was excessive and unreasonable for a damaged room key. While we tried to explain the situation calmly, the management was unwilling to consider our concerns. What made the experience even worse was the delay during checkout. We had to catch a scheduled ferry to Neil Island, and despite repeatedly informing the staff about our time constraints, the issue was prolonged unnecessarily. Instead of resolving the matter efficiently, there were long discussions and delays, causing significant stress to our family. Due to the time lost, we almost missed our ferry and had to rush to reach it at the last moment. During the discussion, the management also recorded videos of the interaction, which made us feel uncomfortable rather than helping resolve the issue. I understand that properties have policies regarding damaged items, but customer service is equally important. A more reasonable approach, proper communication, and consideration for guests' travel schedules would have made a significant difference. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this resort and would encourage travelers to carefully consider other accommodation options in Havelock Island.

Had a wonderful stay at Sandyy Waves Resort, Havelock! The resort is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby beaches and attractions. The food was tasty, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was calm and refreshing.

We had a truly wonderful time at Sandy Waves Beach Resort. The accommodations were very comfortable and provided a perfect base for our vacation. Every aspect of our stay was exceptionally pleasant, from the service to the beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the breathtaking ocean views. It was a memorable experience that we would highly recommend.

Amazing staffs and we'll maintained property.... It's too good with private access to beach . Pool party can be done. Property is very good , neat, hygienic and we'll maintained. All their staffs were very polite and were pleasing to approach. Special mention to Abijith who served food by checking what exactly we need. Will definitely revisit this property in the future. Must stay place for families and newly married couples.
