We were travelling with our two boys, so we booked two rooms. Both rooms were fantastic—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight was the breathtaking view from the rooms. The large, wide windows offered stunning scenery and made the stay even more special. After checking several hotels around Dal Lake, we walked into Hotel Mount View, and trust me, it was the best choice we could have made. The property offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and service that genuinely comes from the heart. Although we stayed for only one night and had an early morning flight, the staff went above and beyond. Knowing that we would miss breakfast, they proactively asked us the night before and kindly insisted on packing breakfast for us to take on our journey. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. A big thank you to the entire team for making our short stay so memorable. We would highly recommend Hotel Mount View to anyone visiting Srinagar and would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Lake View Kashmir. A special thanks to Nisha and Nasima ❤️who were incredibly polite caring and always ready to assist with a smile. Their personal attention made us feel truly welcomed and at home. The food at the in-house Bollywood Curry Restaurant was simply amazing—rich in taste, well-presented, and full of variety. Every meal was a delight. Overall, everything from service to cleanliness and ambiance reflects professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar for a memorable and comfortable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. The reason we stayed and extended our stay here was the cleanliness of the hotel. Also, the view from our room was great and eye pleasing. The food represents the diversity. Nazima, Nisha and other staff members were very kind and soft spoken.
