Excellent holiday spot for complete relaxing holiday in a very neat environment . Though bit too expensive, it’s a good resort

Although we have stayed at backwater resorts in Alappuzha area on two previous occasions, our experience this time at THE RAIN RESORT was truly exceptional and memorable. What makes THE RAIN RESORT special is its beautiful design and its perfect harmony with the stunning Alappuzha backwaters. The swimming pool gives the unique feeling of being part of the vast backwater lake itself, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. While THE RAIN belongs to a well-known business group, what impressed us most was the genuine care, professionalism, and hospitality of the entire team. The management, staff, and chefs were all attentive and committed to making our stay comfortable. One gesture that we will never forget was when my daughter suffered a minor sports injury. The management arranged their vehicle and driver to take her to the hospital and bring her back free of charge. Such thoughtful support reflects their sincere commitment to guest well-being. THE RAIN RESORT offers privacy, tranquility, excellent service, and a refreshing experience. Great Property, We had a nice time, we stayed for 2 days. Never got bored of the view. Very Neat Pool, road to access was small but we managed(our vehicle was 17 str Urbania. My sister got an injury, the property host sent their own car to hospital and back, really appreciate hospitality Naadan food is great, dont eat fried rice or noodles. Billiards, carroms was there, kayaking and fishing too.

The staff deserves special mention—warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the amenities were top-notch. Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and nature. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a refreshing getaway. Would definitely love to visit again!
