Rooms were fantastic 🤩 my family enjoyed the stay food was excellent mr chen ,lori in reception were professional employee's they handled everything nicely the girls who carried our luggage were also helpful.cheers to the house keeping staff as well looking forward to stay once more thank you so much hoopoe staff to make us feel special
My stay extremely good would like to mention mr chen at the reception he was good and professional and courteous. As well as the other staff members from housekeeping and restaurant team . breakfast spread was good 👍😊 will come back again in future 😁
Very good place. Spacious and very nice rooms. Lots of amenities. Service is good. Food is good as well. Only challenge is the location. It's situated very far from the city and it's very challenging to commute to the city.
It is very nice experience. The service was good. Mr. Prince was very attentive. The receptionist, staff, cleaning people are all well mannered and well beheaved. The only problem is with low Wi-Fi connectivity inside room

The cozy interiors and thoughtful amenities made our stay relaxing and peaceful. Everything from the bedding to the lighting was perfect, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere after a day of exploring. Amenities were excellent and well-maintained, making the overall experience even more comfortable. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or any special request, everything was handled promptly and with a smile. Overall, Hoopoe Inn offers the perfect blend of comfort, quality service, and warm hospitality. I genuinely wish I had stayed longer because it felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shillong and will definitely choose Hoopoe Inn again on my next visit!
