Had a good, safe experience at this hotel. The front desk members were very helpful. The ambience of the restaurant was also good. Didn't have the time to use the pool. The room was clean and had good bedding. Worth the money.

I would have given zero rating if there was an option😡Don’t even think about a night stay in this hotel🤬Absolutely horrible experience!! From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance were not being followed. 1. Dirty bath towels 2. No hot water 3.Attached twin beds to make king size cot 4. One cot was taller than other one 5. No working fridge 6. Phone was not working. There was no sign that anyone would have stayed recently. I attached the pictures to show how terrible experience it was. Whoever interested please refer the pictures as I am not exaggerating things. In short the room felt poorly maintained and far below even basic hospitality standards. The experience was so bad that the room felt unfit even for a single night’s stay. We strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this property.

Highly highly highly i recommend this place. We went for a womens trip with lots of questions on security, friendly atmosphere. But here they eased everything for us. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything was on time. Neat and clean. We never heard a NO for any of our requirement. In Agra we stayed in a 4 star hotel but not even that provided us the kind of service this hotel has provided. We requested for a early check out. So we need our breakfast at 6.30. Even though it was very early still they were ready with all the food items. Even they helped packing some breads to eat during travel. This must be a great place for stay. Loveddd it. Great place for a stay. Gooooo for itttt.

My stay at Sunstar Grand Hotel in New Delhi was truly a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing after a long day. What stood out the most was the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. They were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. It is clear that the team takes great pride in providing good service to their guests. I would definitely recommend Sunstar Grand Hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
