We stayed for 4 nights including over Christmas. Everything was just amazing and perfect for having a nice relaxing holiday. Even when some things didn't go as expected (e.g. rooms didn't have a microwave so we needed to sterilize our baby bottles in the restaurant kitchen) the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The service is one of the biggest strengths of this hotel. Every single staff member was just eager to please which is a great factor in having a relaxing stay. The front desk staff was ultra accommodating at check-in to let us figure out what rooms would suit our family the best. The other thing we really enjoyed was the in-hotel dining. Normally we spend our time in restaurants outside but this time we didn't need to because the onsite restaurants (esp. the Beach Grill) had amazing food. The beach is also a short walk away and is absolutely pristine. We had a great time playing on the sand and driving a short distance down to Mobor Beach where the sea meets the river Sal. This hotel has everything you need for a perfect holiday stay and we will definitely be back the next time we're in goa. Big thank you to the front deck staff, the su-chef and the beach grill service crew / chef for making our stay memorable. Thank you!!

Holiday Inn Goa β A Perfect Short Stay! We stayed for just one night at Holiday Inn Goa and absolutely loved the experience! The hospitality was amazing β warm, prompt, and genuinely caring. The property is spotless and beautifully maintained, with direct access to a gorgeous beach thatβs clean and peaceful. Our little one had a great time too β there are wonderful activities for kids that kept her happily engaged. The food was delicious with a wide variety of tasty dishes catering to all tastes. Even though it was a short stay, everything from check-in to checkout felt seamless and special. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great vibes by the beach!
Wonderful Stay at the Resort We traveled from the USA to Goa, India, for vacation and enjoyed every single day at this beautiful beachfront resort. The rooms were spacious with a private sea facing balcony and a very comfortable king-size bed. The property is beautifully landscaped and offers a perfect blend of comfort and scenic beauty. Our room included breakfast, and the buffet was excellent with plenty of options β especially great for those who prefer non-spicy dishes. We also tried the dinner buffet one night; it mainly featured Indian cuisine. While not as great as the breakfast, it was still good. We dined twice at the Beach Grill, located right on the beach, and really enjoyed both the food and drinks. Special thanks to Nitin and Satish (apologies if I misspelled the names) for their friendly service and great recommendations. We also had a 60-minute rejuvenation massage, and both masseuses were amazing β it was a truly relaxing experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to come back here again in the future!
Our stay at the Holiday Inn property was a mixed experience, but there were some definite highlights. The hotel exterior is absolutely beautiful, with a sprawling lush green lawn and direct access to the beach. Their private beach access is very well maintained & very clean. They have a shower & tap right at the entrance to wash off the excess sand. The pool is also a good size, perfect for a refreshing swim, the baby pool is also decently sized. The rooms however feels a bit dated. While our king-size bed was comfortable and the room was of ok size, the interiors don't quite deliver a sense of luxury. Despite this, the service was truly commendable. The staff were all incredibly polite and attentive, which made a huge difference. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good, offering a decent spread of both Indian and continental dishes. It was great to have a variety of options each morning. They also have a 24 hr cafe a couple of restaurant options... A huge plus for families is their activities center, which provides a great space for children to play and be entertained. One thing to be aware of is that many of the amenities come with an extra cost, which can add up. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for its fantastic location, beautiful outdoor spaces, and wonderful staff, but it might not be the best fit if you're looking for a luxurious feel.
