Not even worth 1 star. Satiya Guest House is extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. The rooms stink, there is no proper cleanliness, and the staff is unresponsive and irresponsible. I would strongly urge visitors to personally inspect the guest house before deciding to stay there. It is definitely not a recommended place. Initially, we were given a room with a terrible smell. When we requested a room change, the next room had no proper locks. After asking for another change, the third room also had a foul-smelling bathroom and a non-functional AC. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Our booking was for 2 days, but we could not stay even a single night. We had to leave the same evening by giving an emergency reason, and despite that, a certain amount was still deducted from our payment.

But there is no cold water, no clean bathroom, no towels, and no hand wash.

The guest house was clean, quiet, and very well-maintained throughout our stay. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were helpful and polite. Our room was comfortable with all the basic amenities working perfectly. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the local area. It is great value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again.
