The property is absolutely beautiful, but what made our experience truly special was the warmth, hospitality, and exceptional service provided by the entire team. It was my birthday during our stay, and the staff went out of their way to make the occasion feel incredibly special and memorable. Their thoughtful gestures and genuine care meant a lot to us. A special mention to Ms. Priya at the front desk for being so welcoming and helpful, and to Shivam from the pool area for taking such great care of us. The serving staff at Steam and Suvarna Mahal were also excellent and made our dining experiences wonderful, although unfortunately, I do not remember their names.
