Rooms could have been much more neat, as we could spot cockroaches frequently. The bed in the room for two people was very small when compared to the standard size. A couple more of storage spaces would be helpful. Air conditioner was excellent.

300 m walkable distance from west tower. Room and bath room are neat and clean. Geyser-water heater available in bathroom. Quilt, Bed cover and pillow covers are not upto the mark. No window so no air circulation. So AC room is preferable. Good and safe place to stay with family.

Very Good Hotel location wise. Madurai Railway Station just 1km & Temple is just 300meters. Room are old fashioned and decent. Having AC, wifi, TV, Cupboard(bring hagers). Peg Hooks are available in the wall. Toilet is spacious with good fixtures, Geyser and clean, but Bucket & Mug is very old/ primitive also the toilet floor.

We booked 3 rooms for our family stay, but it was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were not cleaned properly and there were cockroaches everywhere, including inside the rooms, bathrooms, and wardrobes. The bedsheets were old, dirty, and not maintained hygienically. There were no proper helpers or room service available. The behavior of the security guard was also very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel was not worth the money we paid and it was uncomfortable for our family stay. I would not recommend this hotel for families unless cleanliness and service are improved significantly. I will not give any star for this hotel but to post am giving one star.
