The stay at Padma Ladakh was exceptional. Anil and Stella helped me with a great itinerary for visiting Ladakh for 10 days and they made all arrangements including the permits, stay, sight seeing etc. It was truly a home away from home for us ❤️ they gave us clear instructions on acclimatisation especially on the first day. My 10 year old daughter and I had such a memorable and a safe trip. They also made sure to keep checking on us during our travel. The food, the stay, the staff including the restaurant staff, house keeping staff everyone in Padma Ladakh made sure we were comfortable. Special mention to our driver who was so kind and friendly and took care of us so well. This has been our most memorable trip ever and we totally loved it 🥰 hats off to you guys keep rocking 😊

Amazing experience staying at Padma Hotel. The staff here are very friendly and cooperative. After I booked the hotel online for first 2 days, I called the hotel and then Stela helped me plan my entire Ladakh tour which was very nicely organised with a good vehicle and a great driver. Food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff are always ready to make your experience better. The property is one of the best in Leh in this category. The location is very convenient and a short walk to Leh market. The ambience is very soothing with lots of plants and very well maintained entrance lobby and seating area. Rooms are specious with great mountain views. Overall, a best hotel experience in Leh.

I stayed at Padma Leh for four nights with my family, and the experience was truly memorable. The rooms are excellent, well-equipped with all essentials and fitted with a central heating system, so the outside temperature doesn’t affect your comfort at all. The views from the hotel are simply stunning. The restaurant staff were extremely humble, cooperative, and attentive, always prioritizing guest comfort and service quality. A special mention to the front desk team—Stella and Glisha—who were outstanding in their hospitality. They were very accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout on the last day. They also went the extra mile to support our anniversary celebration and were flexible with dinner timings. The ground staff were equally impressive—quick, responsive, and always ready to help. An extra star goes to the hotel owner for his thoughtful and warm gesture towards guests. Overall, it was a simply amazing experience. Quick note for guests: Since the rooms are temperature-controlled, bathroom ventilation fans are kept off. You can open the room windows if you prefer additional ventilation. Quick tip for hotel staff Please try to keep cotton door mat for room.. it will add convenience for guests..
