I booked this hotel online. The location of the hotel is good as it is in the main Market but it's not on the main road; it is inside a lane. Honestly, the service was not very good, you need to order your food atleast 1 hour before the time. The quality of food was not very good, quite expensive though. Now speaking about Ajaj bhai who was with us for our whole trip in kashmir. He was polite , well mannered and most importantly he was not in a hurry while we were visiting the places. You can book your travelling package with him without any worry.

I visited m with my family & booked this hotel by online .The hotel is near Lal Chowk...room was neat & clean but food quality was mid and it was little expensive....the best thing was that I got such a nice person Ajaj bhai....his nature and way of communication was excellent. Great experience while traveling with him.
