I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Sital, was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Their excellent behavior made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The service was prompt and professional, and the food was delicious with great quality and taste. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Rooms : Rooms are neat and clean. I prefer the central AC rooms, as I once had to shift from a corner room due to an AC issue. Overall, it was a good experience. Service: Excellent service. The staff always makes every effort to ensure guests are satisfied. Amenities: not have other amenities but great enough to stay Restaurant : The restaurant serves delicious food, and the service is excellent Specially good efforts of Mr. Pranav, Biru and Shital... I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ekta International. The hospitality and service were truly exceptional. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location, as it is situated very close to Baidyanath Temple, making it extremely convenient for pilgrims and visitors. A special appreciation goes to the restaurant team, who took outstanding care of every guest and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication made us feel very comfortable and valued. I would especially like to thank Vikas Ji (Restaurant Manager), Chef Ganga Ji, and Biru Tiwari for their exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine care for guests. Their efforts made our dining experience truly memorable, and they deserve special recognition for their dedication and hospitality. The reception staff was also very courteous, helpful, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The only minor drawback I noticed was that the room size felt a little small. However, this was a very small issue compared to the overall excellent experience. The cleanliness, service, food quality, and staff behavior more than made up for it. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Deoghar. Looking forward to visiting again!
