Best location,staff is very polite and helpful.clean rooms and very prompt service if you need to change the bedsheets or need cleaning. Location is just few steps away from Golden temple (Darbar Sahib). Stayed here for 3 nights.
Very very cramped room. Room very old fashioned. Only best part is it is on door step of Temple. 20 yards only. Rest as hotel stay not recommended
Horrible experience. No lockers available... lost valuables worth 25k.... senior citizens lost valuables kids lost valueables no responsibility, no verifications or cameras available.... Room booking misinformation Except for location, NOTHING is good. i had blocked it for 3 senior citizens as per location but due to stairs no help or wheel chairs or any other services provided It shows as 3 star property but its actually very very basic hotel. Even hotel staff hardly helped .....Terrible service. Beyond disappointed low average
Amazing experience! The rooms were absolutely clean, 24×7 water facility. The best part about this place is that it is a minute away from GoldenTemple. Also, they serve the best french fries.
Have stayed at the Sapphire Hotel each time during my visit to Amritsar over the last few years. The location is incredibly convenient as it is on the doorstep of Sri Darbar Sahib. It also has convenient parking and shops ensuring ease of mind. The service is great and the staff really go out of their way to help guests. Rooms are clean and suitable for families. I look forward to continuing staying at the Sapphire Hotel for future visits to Amritsar sahib.
