Very bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel. They told us to be ready at 5:00 AM because Pandit Ji aa jayenge. We woke up early, but there was no hot water. We struggled for almost one hour just to get hot water to take bath and after struggling for hours we take cold water bath The room was also in very poor condition: * Lights were not working properly. * Telephone was not working. * Lift was not working. * Food quality was very poor. * Staff was rude and arrogant. * Nobody was ready to take responsibility for any problem. The biggest issue was the room tariff. On the phone, they confirmed one price and told us to come to the hotel. But when we reached late at night, they denied the agreed rate and demanded almost double the amount. Since it was very late and we had no other option, we were forced to take the room at the higher price. This is completely unfair. They also offered to arrange Pandit Ji for direct darshan. Pandit Ji ne humse ticket kharidne ke liye paise liye, phir woh gayab ho gaye. Later, another pandit was sent with us. After the darshan, when we asked for the remaining money, he simply said, “Jo paisa bacha hai woh meri dakshina hai.” This felt dishonest and spoiled our experience. Overall, pathetic service, poor management, cheating on room rates, bad food, and zero customer care. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

The rooms are small but compared to density of the devghar they are nice. A well maintained waiting area and a large restaurant are a plus point to this hotel. They have their own parking too.

The ac is not working in the 1st room that's why they changed the room and again ac is not working in the next room and they changed the room twice for our experiences. Thanks, I would like to say that the services and the food of this hotel feels like heaven. I am extremely happy for your better services and treatment to us Thanks a lot and maintain this type of service to all customers. The only good thing about the stay was the location. However, there were frequent power cuts every hour, lasting around 10–15 minutes each. There was also no RO drinking water available unless you purchased sealed bottled water. The room telephone was not working, making it difficult to contact room service, and the room locks were not functioning properly. Additionally, there was no water supply early in the morning. Since many guests visit the temple early, proper water availability should be ensured during that time.not recommended for family.
