Hi I booked my hotel through Goibibo.com my stay was good. The hotel staff was very polite and humble. They helped me a lot, room was clean and comfortable. Goibibo.com gave good price also. Will book again .

Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked the room for 2 days, but after staying one day, I had to go out for some work. When I returned, I was shocked to find that my room had been given to another guest, even though I still had the key with me. My belongings were still inside the room, and I’m not even sure if anything is missing. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic management and responsibility. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unsafe for guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very happy with our 2 night stay at Avalon Palms. The staff were very welcoming and the rooms clean. Breakfast was kept open for us longer one day as we had gone to see the Taj Mahal early. It is a 30 minute walk to the Taj from the hotel or a short tuktuk ride. We preferred this location as opposed to hotels nearer to the Taj, same standard hotel but significantly more reasonable pricing. We were able to explore the local area without being constantly interrupted by the tourist touts. We found some great street food and local restaurants 250m-1km away.

I recently stayed at Hotel Avlon Palms during a wedding function, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, supportive, and well-coordinated, especially considering the large number of guests attending the wedding. The arrangements were smooth, and everything was managed professionally. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the banquet setup was beautifully organized. The overall ambiance of the hotel made the wedding celebrations even more special and memorable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel for weddings, family functions, and comfortable stays in Agra.
