We had booked Noah Spire for a week for our family. We also hosted small wedding events in the hotel. Would like to appreciate the manager Subhashish and his team (Sandip and Sagar) to their exceptional hospitality. The team at the restaurant has been very accommodating and helpful as well. We would definitely book again

Overall, the property has good potential, but one thing really stood out during my stay—the staff seemed very hesitant and not empowered to make even simple decisions. For many basic requests, they had to seek approval from someone else, which caused unnecessary delays and affected the overall guest experience. The team was polite and willing to help, but they appeared afraid of taking responsibility. Empowering frontline staff to handle routine guest requests would make the service much faster, more confident, and far more enjoyable. I hope the management focuses on building staff confidence and giving them the authority to resolve simple issues promptly. It would greatly improve the overall hospitality experience.

I have been stay at the hotel every month from last 1½ years and my experience has always excellent. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and well- maintained. All stuff are very polite and helpful. A special mention goes to Mr. Sujan Sinha. He is a very helpful, polite, and supportive person, who always ensures that Guests are comfortable and satisfied. I have stayed in most of the hotel in Agartala. But after experiencing the hospitality of NOAH SPIRE, I have decided to stay here every time I visit the city.

The housekeeping staff Akshay is amazing. He keeps the pool and the whole area very clean. His service is excellent and he talks to guests very politely. Seeing him made me feel really good.
