⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Hospitality Experience! Our stay at Homotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, every detail reflected true hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. A heartfelt thank you to Chandni Ma'am for her gracious assistance, Pankaj Sir for ensuring our room was impeccably prepared, and Sonu Sir for his warm, courteous, and attentive service. Their dedication truly elevated our entire experience. As parents, we were especially touched by the hotel's thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary baby food, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. It's rare to find such genuine care for families. A special appreciation goes to the talented chefs, whose beautifully prepared meals were nothing short of outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and crafted to perfection. Homotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and personalized service. Every member of the team made us feel valued and welcomed, creating an unforgettable experience. Very disappointing experience. There was no proper response to my calls despite trying multiple times. The pricing for the conference hall was bizarrely high—even higher than many 5-star hotels—which seemed completely unreasonable. The lack of professionalism in communication and pricing left a very poor impression. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
I stayed here for three days for a business meeting. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the food was delicious throughout my stay. The only downside was that maintenance/construction work was going on. Fortunately, I was out during the day, so it didn't affect me much. One suggestion would be to change the fragrance used in the lobby, as I found it quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a good stay.
Rooms were clean, with all amenities needed. The service was way above expectations. Every single request was handled within minutes. The breakfast was also great, with wide variety of options. The restaurant had a balcony, with a green view, making the beginning of the day calm and pleasant. The gym was quite small, but did the job. Definitely recommend booking with them
What a pleasant stay! The hotel is located on 2nd floor and there is ample parking space for both two wheelers and four wheelers! The rooms were squeaky clean and decently sized and everything was good along with coffee and tea options in the room and a minibar (chargeable separately). The room service and housekeeping was prompt and responsive. The wifi worked flawless all the time. The most important part was the friendliness of the staff. The food at Flavours- Their restaurant is amazing and fresh. They really do the extra efforts to make sure you are having food as per your need if you have specific requirements. The service is quick and staff is really amazing! A few recommendations and improvement places - 1) The water bottles in the room are very small and alot of plastic. They should be more environment friendly and should be refillable instead. 2) There should be handshowers in the washroom along with the normal showers. The handshowers are more efficient! Looking forward to the next stay. Will definitely recommend the hotel to everyone! Ps: They also provide a complimentary dinner for one night if you stay for atleast 2 nights!
