Reference to food in room service / your restaurant needs a realistic review. If better quality food is available at a Price around your hotel. how do you expect that your own customer will utilise your restaurant services which is not so good and a very High price ???? You need to be in competition else .......... Secondly, behaviour of lady at reception (on 15th July) observed to be Very rude and non trustable with customers. But Ram Ji at reception is a perfect fit person, the other gentleman in the afternoon on 14th July is also good.

We had a great stay here for one night and 2 days- we booked two deluxe rooms-the staff was very kind and they upgraded us to executive rooms! The location of hotel is great-just next to metro station and right opposite ITC Mughal! The rooms are spacious and the staff is kind and soft spoken! Will recommend the hotel stay for quick Agra stay! You can skip the breakfast of you wish!

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all basic amenities. What really stood out was the staff—they were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Food quality was good, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt comfortable and relaxing. Service was quick, and everything was well-managed. Great value for money!
