The Banaras Hotel is very safe for tourists and also very cooperative . It has central location just at Godowliya Chowk. Dasaswamedh Ghat and Kashi Viswanath temple is within 500 m.
Very disgusting experience there..Never recommend anyone to stay there. Taken large amount for a small room..aur TV v non functional,leaking tap in bathroom,Vacant v before time call krke krne ko khne lga..very rude staff.one more hours ke liye rqst krne pr they told 1000 extra pay Krna hoga..as already small room was booked in 4000
We had a great stay at The Banaras hotel. It is situated near Godowlia Chowk that made sightseeing very easy. The service was excellent, and the cooperative staff went out of their way to ensure our family was comfortable. we will definitely visit again!
The room I was provided was very small, barely 8 ft by 9 ft. No windows or ventilator. Otherwise everything was very good... Electric kettle with tea coffee .... Tv ( no time to use😃) . Very helpful hotel staff. Excellent location .
Extremely unprofessional and unaccomodating behavior. We booked an executive room first and were disappointed the moment we stepped in- The room had no window and no flow of air at all. During our stay of 3-4 days, the hotel staff added unnecessary bills of water bottles. Additionally, on the day of check out, we started getting calls from the hotel staff a couple of hours before the checkout time and when we requested to allow us to stay for extra 30 minutes, the staff got rude. Very disappointed.
