⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent stay at Padam Hotel, Madurai. The Deluxe Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was outstanding—modern, spotless, and well maintained. What made our stay truly special was the exceptional hospitality provided by Mr. Ismile, the Manager. He was extremely courteous, professional, and always available to assist us with a smile. His caring attitude, prompt support, and dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The entire staff was cooperative and helpful, but Mr. Ismile's outstanding service deserves special recognition. He is a great asset to the hotel. I highly recommend Padam Hotel to families and visitors coming to Madurai. Thank you, Mr. Ismile and the entire team, for making our stay memorable.

Rooms are simple and clean and they gave good service.. Walkable distance to temple.. Price is reasonable.. Only issue is parking and the difficulty to park and take outside as the road outside is narrow and mostly crowded.. Rest all good👍🏻

It is near to Meenakshi Amman Temple, Railway station, Bazaar and periyar bus stop. Good hospitality and neatly maintained. It is suitable for family stay. Front executives are very supportive and approachable. We enjoyed here and explored many places. It is fully renewed and furnished room with neat rest room. Rates are reasonable. Recommend to stay for tourist and families.

Hotel Padmam is a conveniently located property in Madurai, especially for travelers visiting the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple. Its proximity to the temple and the main business street makes it a practical choice for pilgrims and business visitors alike. The room tariff for family accommodation is around ₹2000 per day, which is reasonable considering the location. However, the rooms are quite compact, which may feel a bit restrictive for families. In terms of amenities, the experience is average. The air conditioning works but is not very effective. Basic facilities need improvement — the jet spray in the toilet was not functioning, and there were no complimentary toiletries provided. Even essentials like a water bottle are not included, which is disappointing at this price point. Safety is another concern, especially for families with children, as the balcony does not feel secure. Overall, while the hotel scores well on location and affordability, improvements in room maintenance, amenities, and safety would significantly enhance the guest experience.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The photos shown online are misleading and completely different from the reality. There is no proper parking, and the management refuses to take responsibility. The building is extremely old, and we could not even recognize the hotel when we reached the location. There is a lack of basic maintenance and hygiene. No essential amenities like toothbrush or soap were provided. The rooms and washrooms are outdated and poorly maintained. When we asked for basic necessities, the staff simply stated that everything is on a “first come, first served” basis. It is not worth paying ₹3000 for this hotel. The only positive aspect is that the hotel is close to the Meenakshi Amman Temple. It may be suitable only for a short stay of a few hours for darshan
