This time we got cleaner rooms and good service which we liked very much.
Unhygienic and poorly managed. You’ll be lucky to get hot water, especially after 8am. Room wasn’t clean, sheets and towels never replaced. Staff was dismissive and refused to provide proper billing details until I pushed. Completely unprofessional.
Absolutely terrible service. No hot water if you wake up after 8am — ridiculous! Rooms were filthy, and staff are rude and unprofessional. Had to argue just to get proof of payment. No fresh towels or clean sheets the entire stay. Avoid this place.
