Booked this Hotel through late night check in option in GOIBIBO for 26-27 June. Reached late around 2am in early morning. I called the number given by GOIBIBO and phone was switched off. The directions given by app was also wrong. I contacted customer service the very moment, GOIBIBO offered refund. Now today is 6 July 2026, multiple calls made to GOIBIBO but every thing in vain. please don't book third rated hotels you see in GOIBIBO and the customer service is so pathetic , they will change what they said previously

It's a decent hotel withe decent view and the room service is also okay...the hotel rooms are justified as per the price the price...Overall a decent hotel to stay at manali...It's situated near Hidamba temple and also Mall road is at walking distance so you will be having a great spot for means of connectivity and all...Thus it's verified 3 star hotel...👍

So this hotel is near the hadimba temple steps but is away from mall road half an hour away by foot . The main problem was the check in time actually they didn't showed it on website and every volvo bus timing is before 12 pm so you will have to wait till 11 am for check in . The owner was cooperative and good . But the view from the hotel was awesome . And it was safe for female solo traveller

This is an absolutely terrible hotel. The bed is extremely dirty, and the blanket is filthy and emits a foul odor. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work, and the location is very poor, with constant traffic jams. The service is abysmal, and there isn't even a restaurant on the premises. Please, do not book a stay here.
