Rooms were good, but the hotel doesn’t have a damn lift after being on 3rd floor. And the staff behaviour wasn’t good either. Try not to stay here

I stayed at the hotel from 19th to 20th March with my family, and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. The hotel is located on the 3rd or 4th floor and there is no lift available, which makes it quite inconvenient for guests, especially when carrying luggage up several flights of stairs. The rooms are very small and do not provide the level of comfort one would normally expect. In addition, the overall service quality is quite poor, particularly the kitchen service. The behavior of the kitchen staff was not professional and lacked the courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. Considering these issues, my stay was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

i stayed there 19 dec to 20 dec 1 night hotel is on 3rd floor and very stiff stairs. in hilly area normal upward walk feel breathlessness on 3rd floor feeling too breathlessness just reaching there we have to sit 10 mins to be normal.. hotel giving negetive vibes anish staff is very rough he is disturbing privacy and trying to come in room again again with baseless reason. like if you need anything call me after 10 min he come and say that you want anything water or anything. they dont have basic facility like toothpaste and tooth brush in morning i said bring toothpaste.. anish asking pay first 10rs than he will bring toothpaste. only location is nearby keventar and glenary

Affordable hotel situated on Mall Road, beside Ramada Hotel. The rooms are amazing and you will get clear view of both Kanchanjanga and the city. The heater provided in the room deserves special mention. Overall highly recommended.
