I had a lovely experience staying here with my family . Staff behaviour very friendly and very cooperative

I wouldn’t say the service was bad. The location is good, but the basement room is too low and there is no lift. Considering the price, the room felt too far below ground level. The food prices are reasonable. However, water from the bathroom enters the room.
