**Absolute Nightmare – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!** If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare from the moment I walked in. Despite having a confirmed online booking, the front desk demanded extra money upon arrival. When I questioned this shady practice, the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable—they were rude, dismissive, and hostile. Things only got worse once we got to the room: * **Filthy Conditions:** The room was absolutely disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival. * **Broken Amenities:** The AC was completely broken, making the room suffocatingly hot and impossible to relax in. * **Severe Infestation:** There were cockroaches *everywhere*. They were crawling all over the floor, the walls, and the furniture. I have attached photos to this review as proof of just how vile the conditions are. The situation was so unbearable and unsanitary that we couldn't even stay the night. We were forced to pack our bags and check out at 1:00 AM just to escape. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and book literally anywhere else. This place is an absolute scam.

Extremely disappointing and unhygienic stay. Initially, I was allotted a room on the ground floor which was extremely stinky. The washroom was dirty and completely untidy. When I raised the issue during check-in, the staff member who assisted us asked us to “kindly adjust for one night” and promised that we would be shifted to a different room the next morning. However, the next morning that person was not there. When I spoke to the hotel manager and requested a room change as promised, her first response was to ask, What’s wrong with the previous room? I had to explain that the washroom was so dirty that we couldn’t even use it. After this discussion, we were finally given another room which turned out to be even worse. There were roaches crawling on the bed, the dustbin didn’t even have a garbage bag, and the washroom had no water. When I informed the helper about all of this, his response was shockingly casual. He simply said this is normal here. The level of hygiene and service here is unacceptable. If anyone enjoys staying in dirty, unhygienic conditions with careless management, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid this hotel.
