Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It doesn't even deserve a single star. The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was absolutely no cleanliness or hygiene, and the entire place had a foul, unpleasant smell. The staff were highly unprofessional and appeared to be untrained. They seemed to be local young boys with little or no experience in hospitality. Everything was filthy—from the bedsheets, towels, toiletries, and food to the other amenities. Nothing met even the most basic standards of cleanliness. The worst part was the constant foul smell coming from the bathroom drain. It was so bad that I couldn't sleep properly throughout my stay. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training.

Worst - 1) I stayed for 1 night - Everything is good except the hot water issue which was consistent & ending up delayed my trip. ( they didn't found any solution though ) 2) Room was not cleaned before checkin ( We done chekin 5 hrs after checkin time still ) Best - Location is perfect and everything is near by. Staff is cooperative, food is good but costly.

My lady and I enjoyed our short stay there. The staff were friendly and most hospitable;as one might expect in this line of work, yet it felt genuine and natural. The chef prepared the delicious food quickly,it was most surprising. Should we visit these parts again, I would return to visit here. A pleasant stay.

I stayed there due to an emergency and found the rooms very comfortable. The staff and people were great, especially Mr. Vikas, who took care of every aspect for visitors. Even after checkout, I left my laptop bag with him for a while, which shows the level of trust. The food was also amazing. Thank you.
