The moment I entered the complex, I was overwhelmed by a sense of peace, devotion, and positivity. The breathtaking sight of the Golden Temple shimmering in the middle of the sacred Amrit Sarovar is truly mesmerizing and leaves a lasting impression on every visitor. The entire complex is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The atmosphere is filled with the soothing sounds of Gurbani Kirtan, creating a sense of calm and spiritual connection that is difficult to find elsewhere. Walking around the Sarovar and listening to the continuous prayers brings immense peace to the mind and soul. One of the most inspiring aspects of the Golden Temple is the spirit of selfless service. The world-famous langar serves thousands of people every day without any discrimination based on religion, caste, nationality, or social status. Witnessing volunteers perform seva with humility and dedication is a powerful reminder of the Sikh values of equality, compassion, and humanity. The architecture of the temple is absolutely magnificent. The intricate gold work, stunning marble carvings, and reflection of the shrine in the holy water create a breathtaking view, especially during sunrise and at night when the temple is beautifully illuminated. Every corner of the complex reflects centuries of history, faith, and devotion. The management and sewadars deserve immense appreciation for maintaining such a welcoming and organized environment despite the large number of visitors. Security, cleanliness, and facilities are all managed efficiently, ensuring a comfortable experience for pilgrims and tourists alike. Extremely disappointing stay. The room was in poor condition — sheets were not clean, there was no running water, and the toilet wasn’t working at all. These are basic necessities and completely unacceptable. To make things worse, we were put on the 5th floor with no consideration for accessibility, despite me travelling with my 78-year-old mum. It was very difficult for her, and no assistance was offered. Overall, a stressful and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend staying here.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. The pictures shown online are completely misleading — the rooms look clean and attractive in photos, but the reality is the opposite. When we entered, the room had a strong unpleasant odor and was clearly not cleaned properly. Dust was visible on the furniture, and the bedsheets looked unwashed. The bathroom was also poorly maintained and unhygienic. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. The hotel management didn’t seem concerned about guest satisfaction or cleanliness. It’s better to spend a little more and stay somewhere clean and trustworthy

Worst experience so far with OYO as the room shown is totally different from the pictures , the reception was not clean and there was lot of dust and spider web in the rooms. They did not gave full refund as well when we shared our complaint with OYO .I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.
