It is a budget family hotel with moderate services. The washrooms needs to be improved. The food tastes good.
My experience with this stay was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had booked the property for 4 days, however on the third day I was misinformed and shifted to another hotel without any proper explanation. The condition of the alternate hotel was completely unacceptable — the bed was unhygienic and even used condoms were found in the dustbin. Such poor cleanliness standards and misleading service are highly unacceptable. I am बेहद dissatisfied with the overall experience and would not recommend this service to others!!
A comfortable stay with modern amenities and neat, spacious rooms. Hotel 9th Planet offers courteous service, tasty food, and a pleasant ambiance. Convenient location makes it a good choice for both business trips and family stays.
The room was good value for money considering the price I paid. Dinner was okay. Room was clean. Behaviour of staff was nice and cooperative. Only problem was a bit of noise in the corridor during the night but apart than this my experience was commendable.....
Staff is supportive. Rooms are spacious. Location is easy to approach. Food quality is good. They need to work on cleanliness.. Bed linen is clean but blanket covers you may have to ask. Chairs and tables given in the room need to be worked upon. Toilet soaps given is of low quality which I don't know why they don't improve..
