Our stay at this property was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Every detail, from the seamless check-in process to the impeccable room presentation, truly reflected premium hospitality. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and complementary welcome drinks right at the entrance. The best part of our stay was the view from our balcony. We booked the Attic room and it was at the top floor giving wonderful vibes of wooden architecture and old manali feels. The morning breakfast buffet offered an extensive, delicious variety of both local and international choices. We had checked in late at 2am yet the reception staff was extremely supportive. We had to order food at 3am yet there was no compromise to taste and quality. It is walking distance to mall road makes convenient to travel to nearby places. I would love to visit again soon hopefully meet the same staff. A really wonderful experience at this property.. Keep up the great work WR! ✨

This hotel is so lively and wonderful! It's just a 5-10 minute walk to Mall Road, and the live music and happy hour for drinks at night are amazing. Food taste, quality and numbers of items in buffet can definitely be improved. The views from the balconies are breathtaking, with visible valley and snow-capped mountains. Definitely recommend!
