Pros: It's location. It is in Kohima, to be precise Razhu point (main town) from where the commute and connectivity is most convenient and accessible. The staff were nice. They have an in-house restaurant. Cons: The washroom wasn't as clean as we expect from a regular hotel. The food price is on higher end in the Oakland restaurant. You might have to face several power cuts everyday. They have a generator system. Water scarcity is one more major problem that we've faced. But I think both electricity and water are a problem of the entire Nagaland state because of lack of resources so be mindful when using these two resources. Don't waste.
