Never ever book this hotel it's one of the worst property situated is some garbage location. Foul smell from all the corners such pathetic rooms completely dirty laundry u will feel like ur in a prison. My one night stay with my family was horrified. We booked 3 rooms one of which was near to some restaurant kitchen , it was smelling like he'll it's garbage was thrown near the room window. Better stay in any dharmshala instead of booking this hotel. Our booking was done by PICKYOURTRAIL tour managing group they r also fraud . They don't provide u proper hotel and services. Don't book through them any tour and specially this garbage hotel.

It's pathetic that there is no NIL options for rating. The 1 star is also too much for this hotel. Rooms are clumsy placed at a road with ditches and reception is also bad. Complimentary breakfast is not satisfactory. Only good thing is the tech key for the room. No hotel views. No privacy since a little noise on the above floor was loud enough to disturb your sleep. Bell boy not couteous. Had very bad experience when checking out.

During our Darjeeling trip in June 2025, we stayed at Hotel Raj Ville at executive room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel provides facilities like Wi-Fi, room service, and an in-house restaurant, which made our stay comfortable. The location is also convenient as it is close to Mall Road and other major tourist spots. The food quality at the hotel was good, and the breakfast options were decent. One small challenge was that the road leading to the hotel is a bit steep, so taxis sometimes cannot reach directly in front of the hotel, and you may need to walk a short distance with luggage. Overall, it was a comfortable and value-for-money stay for our Darjeeling trip. ⭐ Overall Rating: 4/5

Very good. Spacious and clean, maintained Rooms and entry lobby. We (7 couples in 7 rooms ) stayed here for 2 nights. They have restaurant on 5th floor with excellent viewing balcony. We had buffet dinner here, food was tasty and we were surprised to have Mumbai style food here in Darjeeling. The breakfast spread was quite extensive right from Kellogg's to eggs and poori Bhaji, Pasta and standard bread butter. Worth every penny walkable distance from mall road and taxi stand.
