Its a nice place 10 - 15 mins drive from kaziranga Central sanctuary gate. If one wishes to explore all zones can stay here as this place is center for all zones of kaziranga. They have 3 cottages(Room n bathroom with double beds) & 3 rooms Rooms( having 2 single cots). All rooms are tidy n cozy. Good sit out & open dining area. We were a group of 9 people and all rooms were occupied by us so it felt like a private space with no other customers which was a very nice experience. Talking about things that needs to improve. 1. Showers in bathroom are not properly functional, when hot water is turned on shower starts to just drip instead of water shower. But hot water flow in tap is normal. 2. Staff are hardly bothered about guests. 3. Even after repeated orders Restaurant cooks what they want and quantity also varies everyday.. 4. Even after advising to change bedsheets n bring in fresh towels that was never done once in a 4 day stay. After repeated followup we got fresh towels. 5. Food is good but taste varies everyday. 6. Our Stay was booked with breakfast inclusive but when requested if they could prepare the breakfast by 6.30am or 7am as we would go for early morning safari staff denied n said they cannot. Never got our complimentary breakfast.. except for the last day we checked out.

It's a great comfortable alternative to the pricey resorts in Kaziranga. A mix of staycation and small visits to attractions nearby. Spacious + clean rooms, and we booked all (they have only 3 as of now, some more under construction). So, it was only us on the premises. Huge open lawn. It's overall pretty with an added big dining area in the centre. Bonfire and meals are available on request. Service is prompt. Parking area available. Food - They served us warm home cooked food which was perfect for the winters - veg & non veg. Items will be limited and simple as it's a small town. Food is reasonably priced (cheaper than cities). Tip: Call them directly for good booking deals. Make sure to check what's included and not in the base price, as there seemed some confusion around it through our stay.
