Regal Inn, Deoghar we stayed from 26/06/2026 27/06/2026 in premium Family Room and washroom are neat and clean. Frist the receptionist Mr. Chakraborty behaviour is very polite. Second the restaurant is very good spacious and the food quality is healthy. I Shri Rmesh recommend please stay here.
We visited RS Regalin expecting a pleasant lunch experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be deeply disappointing. To begin with, we were kept waiting for a long time. After nearly 30 minutes, we were informed that one of the dishes we had ordered was unavailable and were asked to choose something else. The food that eventually arrived lacked even basic seasoning. When we requested salt, we were handed an empty salt shaker, forcing my wife to go to the kitchen herself to ask for some. We had also ordered an Aam Panna as a beverage, but it was served midway through the meal rather than before or along with the food. The overall service appeared disorganized and inattentive. The food quality was equally disappointing. I never imagined that Hakka Noodles could be prepared with black mustard seeds and dried red chillies in such a manner. It bore little resemblance to the dish one would normally expect. I would urge prospective visitors to think twice before dining here. For us, it was a waste of both time and money. What made the experience even more disappointing was seeing photographs of Sree Sree Thakur and Sri Sri Acharyadev displayed prominently in the restaurant. If an establishment chooses to associate itself with such revered spiritual ideals, it should also strive to uphold the values of quality, discipline, and service that they taught. Merely displaying their images while failing to maintain basic standards of hospitality sends the wrong message. I sincerely hope the management takes constructive feedback seriously and works towards improving both its service and food quality.

Worst hotel experience ever. I checked in at 2 AM and checked out at 11 AM, and the entire stay was full of problems. They don’t allow outside food, yet their own kitchen was closed because “cook is not available.” We were forced to order food from outside and eat in our car because they didn’t allow food inside the hotel. Basic things like toothbrush and paste were not provided. Still, I didn’t complain. But at checkout, they blamed us for damaging a curtain that was already torn before we even entered the room. Instead of talking properly, the staff behaved very rudely. The owner also has no sense of how to speak to guests, especially non-Bengali guests. Extremely unprofessional attitude. I faced so much inconvenience and disrespect. I strongly recommend never choosing this hotel. There are many better options in Deoghar — please save your time, money, and peace.
